Founder & Creative Director

Malak Ghandi is the founder and creative force behind The Emerald Agency. With a background in producing large-scale events across Canada, she specializes in crafting experiences that are both meaningful and meticulously executed.

From intimate community gatherings to productions hosting thousands, her work is rooted in intention, detail, and impact — bringing people together in ways that feel both elevated and authentic.

Ali Soulful

Artist, MC & Talent Manager

Ali Soulful is a multidisciplinary artist, performer, and MC known for his dynamic stage presence and ability to connect with audiences. Bringing a unique creative perspective to every production, he helps create experiences that are engaging, memorable, and impactful.

As an in-house MC and talent manager, Ali supports a diverse roster of performers while also leading events from the stage. Bridging the gap between talent and audience, he helps ensure every event is not only well-produced, but deeply felt.
